To return all or part of your order, please complete the return form and enclose it inside the parcel. If you have an account on our e-shop, you can follow the Online Returns process by creating a return request through your Account. Otherwise, follow the offline process as described on the Returns page. Returns are free of charge, provided that the recommended return methods are used (return to a Celestino store, BOX NOW locker, or cooperating courier companies: Courier Center, ELTA Courier, Geniki Taxydromiki). If the customer chooses to return the order using any other method, a charge of €4.95 will apply. The product must be in excellent condition, as received, and the special labels (tags/barcodes) must not have been removed. Please consult the Returns page for items that are not eligible for return. Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an SMS/Viber message from Celestino informing you of your store credit. You may then place a new order on our website or by phone, and the credited amount will be deducted from the total payable amount. If you prefer a refund, you may visit the link here and complete the required details in order to receive the credited amount in the bank account of your choice within 2 working days.
