The pickup locker is accessible 24/7, while your order will remain available there for 48 hours, with the option to extend.

The displayed partner courier company is selected based on the delivery address, in order to provide you with the best possible service.

Orders placed on business days from 00:00 to 16:59 are delivered the next business day. All other orders are delivered within 2 business days.
Deliveries are carried out exclusively on business days from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 - 18:00.

Pickup from CELESTINO store | Delivery in 2-5 business days FREE for all orders.
During order placement, we will display the available Celestino stores.
When your order is available for pickup at the selected store, you will receive a Viber/SMS message on your mobile phone with the personal code (PIN) that you will provide upon pickup.
Your order will remain available for pickup at the store for 10 calendar days.
If you wish for another person to pick up your order, you must provide them with the personal pickup code (PIN).
