Return Instructions

You have the right to return the entire order or part of it within a 15-day period from the day you received it.

Once we receive your parcel, you will receive an email from us with your Account Balance after the return.

The available balance can be used for placing new orders on our website or can be refunded.

All products must be returned in their initial package with their tags. Please make sure that you pack them properly for shipping. For hygienic reasons, items that carry the red sticker on their package cannot be returned.

You should also complete the 'Returns Form' and include it in the return package.

The company has the right to accept or refuse your return. The company has no responsibility for any loss or damage to the product that happens after use and under no circumstances has any obligation to replace it.
